McNelly Custom Pickups upgrade on Fender Standard Series Telecaster 2025

Previous to making this video I had already started to change out parts on my 2025 Fender Standard Series Telecaster. Oddly enough I had some spare tele parts lying around, so I threw on some vintage style 3 peg tuning machines and a 3 saddle bridge plate. The pickups and the pickguard I purchased for this upgrade.

I have had a ‘Duckling’ strat-style neck pickup by McNelly on another of my tele’s and I recommend highly, especially if you enjoy a brighter more articulated tone in the neck position.
