Today, we’re diving into a hot topic for every guitarist: Fender vs. Marshall. We’re going beyond the simple “which one sounds better?” and digging into the sonic differences between a Fender Bassman and a Marshall JTM45 by using a Fractal modeler.

In this video, we’ll talk about what distinguishes the sound of these two giants. We’ll explore how these differences impact tone and distortion. I’ll share my perceptions and personal preferences, and we’ll see how adding an overdrive pedal can further change the game.
