The 3 Telecaster Upgrades I Should Have Done on Day One

The 3 Telecaster upgrades I should have done on Day One: I took my Fender Player II Telecaster and gave it three upgrades to see if I could make it sound like a Custom Shop guitar without the Custom Shop price tag.

In this video, I swap the bridge and saddles, install a new set of pickups, and rewire the guitar with a pre-wired kit. Then I compare the tone and playability to see whether these upgrades are worth it for a gigging guitarist.

Gear used: Bensonite compensated Telecaster bridge and saddles, Lollar Vintage T pickups, and Emerson pre-wired electronics.
